Situation
A content team publishes traveller information in four languages. The team is shrinking, the volume is growing, and the board wants something with AI. An earlier attempt had left with the colleague who built it. The team's question: what, then, and who does it?
What I did
No tool, first a day to find out what was worth it. Interviews in Dutch and French, the process mapped in seven steps before the workshop, so the team corrects instead of invents. One day, eight people, the decision-maker in the room. While the team prioritised, I built one idea live: a form that scores a briefing before it goes out the door.
Where it stands
Sixteen concepts, six on the roadmap, one running the same day. The team took it in-house, and that was exactly the advice. What I would do differently: the ownership exercise sat at the end and got cut for time. Since then the closing block is the part that survives every cut.
